Marcus Rashford's hope rises as his hat-trick on England Under 21 debut raises the eye brows of Sam Allardyce and Jose Mourinho in a selection dilemma

Marcus Rashford hopes he has given a grinning Sam Allardyce and Jose Mourinho a selection dilemma after his spectacular England Under 21 debut.
The Manchester United striker maintained his sequence of scoring on his first start for a new manager in remarkable style, with a hat-trick in a 6-1 demolition of Norway in Colchester.

So good was the 18-year-old's performance that Under 21 head coach Gareth Southgate wryly admitted this might the one and only time he gets to work with Rashford at this level.
Rashford is riding the crest of a wave and he hopes his performance has put him in line to start Saturday's Manchester derby and win a call up for next month's World Cup qualifiers against Malta and Slovenia.
He said: That's all you want to do as a young player, give your manager a decision about whether to play you.
'I'm looking forward to (the derby). It means a lot (that Allardyce was here).
'It's the England seniors, there is a new manager and they are doing well. Everyone is working hard to get into that side, so it was important that he was here to see our development.'
Southgate substituted Rashford in the 84th minute and he revealed: 'I just said, "You've enjoyed your week haven't you?"
'I was tempted to say, "It was nice working with you!"'
